About angelkids.edu.vn
Our Beginnings
angelkids.edu.vn sprang to life in January 2015, inspired by my move to Washington, D.C. two years earlier. A New York University alum, I found myself in a new city craving connections. I began hosting dinner parties, which became a platform not only for forging friendships but also for sharing and celebrating my Vietnamese heritage. The enthusiasm of my non-Vietnamese friends to learn and embrace my cuisine led to the birth of angelkids.edu.vn.
The Blog’s Purpose
As a full-time journalist, angelkids.edu.vn remains a passion project rather than my primary income source. This blog reflects my commitment to authenticity; I collaborate with brands that resonate with my values, ensuring that any product I endorse is one I genuinely believe in.
Discoveries on angelkids.edu.vn
Here, you’ll explore a variety of everyday Vietnamese recipes that are staples at home but rare finds in restaurants. From the well-known Bún bò Huế to lesser-known delights like Thịt Băm Sốt Cà Chua, my aim is to illuminate the rich tapestry of Vietnamese cooking. Balancing a hectic schedule as a student and journalist, I share quick, reliable recipes and sometimes venture into the realms of non-Vietnamese or fusion cuisine. My roots in the Chicagoland area also bring a Midwestern touch to the table with dishes like Turkey Tarragon Pot Pie.
More Than Recipes
Each recipe comes with detailed, step-by-step instructions and photos to guide you through the cooking process. Recognizing that every kitchen is unique, I encourage using all your senses to perfect each dish, adapting as needed to suit your cooking environment.
Collaborations and Features
I am open to sponsored posts, recipe development, brand ambassadorships, and more. With a strong commitment to sustainability and social justice, I am eager to partner with brands that uphold these values, particularly those owned by women and BIPOC. Reach out if you feel we’re a good match!
